Now you have isolated which sensor is causing the issue and can work on that specific one. Next time you hear a disconnect/connect check the app and see which serial number just did it. The app which show you when a device connects/disconnects. Repeat the same for all sensors so you know where each one is in the room. Write down the position of this sensor in your room (ie front left) next to the serial number. Now unplug one sensor and see which one disappears from this devices section. 
Open the Devices section of the Oculus Home app and write down the serial number of each sensor. I traced the exact same issue you had down to a dodgy extension cable for a sensor. If you still have problems after disabling power management in Oculus Tray Tool as zaga suggested there is a way to troubleshoot which sensor is crapping out. Sounds like a sensor disconnecting and reconnecting.
